Juan Gil
・Gil Family Estates is the one of the major winemaking dynasty under the guidance of the family's fourth generation in Spain. The Family owns 11 wineries physically scattered across eleven different D.O.s.
・Juan Gil Bodegas located at the South-East of Spain - Jumilla, in the area with rich chalky and rocky limestone soils.
・A wide array of wines contain with very attractive fruit aromas which mostly made from the great red grape - Monastrell, and the age of the vines are over 40 years old.

Pedrera
・Monastrell are collected from vineyards at around 700 metres altitude, around La Aragona.
・The age of the vines are average 25 years old. It's a bright, fruit-forward style and energetic Southern Spain wine with great drive and balance.

・The world’s most renowned appellation for Albariño, the neighboring Atlantic Ocean provides not only rain but also humidity, so growers have traditionally favored trellising their vines with pergolas, allowing air to circulate around the grapes, thereby preventing rot and fostering ripening.
