Our Delivery Methods & Charges Would Be Shown As Below:


Once the payment has been completed, we will contact you to confirm your order and arrange the shipping date within 2 working days by email. Please reply the email with your selected shipping date. If you could not receive any email reply from us after 2 working days, please contact +852 27239395. 

Delivery service would be provided on Monday to Friday, 11am to 5pm (Closed on Saturday , Sunday & Public holidays). 

Delivery service is only available in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon and New Territories, and not available for the Outlying Islands, Mainland China and Overseas Countries.

The Company reserves the right to charge for re-delivery of orders which have not been completed due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or the recipient not being available to accept delivery at the scheduled time slot.



Local Delivery Charges (Any purchase that cost under HK$3,000 or quantity of 12 bottles) :

Hong Kong Island, Kowloon & New Territories - HK$150 per order per location

** If the delivery address could not provide any lift service, HK$20 per case per floor will be charged at destination. Less than 12 bottles, would be count as 1 case.



Free Delivery:

Major Cellar offers one time free delivery service for any purchase that cost HK$3,000 or above, or quantity of 12 bottles or above. Same-day delivery would not be included for this policy.

Urgent Local Delivery:


If you request an “Urgent Local Delivery” service, please place your order and contact +852 27239395 before 1PM on the same day for further arrangement.  An additional delivery fee $300 will be payable at destination.


Terms & Conditions:


Delivery service would not be available when typhoon warning signal No. 8 or above or black rainstorm warning is in force. We reserve the right to decline delivery at our sole discretion. You agree and accept that you will collect your ordered Merchandise from our logistics centre and under no circumstances will we accept cancellation of order or refund.

We will deliver the Merchandise ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order through our staff or a third party provider. You agree to present your identification upon request when you acknowledge receipt of the Merchandise. The Merchandise shall be, and shall be deemed to be, delivered and accepted by you when the Merchandise are delivered to the address you give us for delivery.

Any times and dates given for dispatch of Merchandise, or the length of time that Merchandise will take to be delivered, are only estimates. If we are unable to meet any stated dispatch or delivery dates or times we will inform you as to the progress of your order. You agree and accept that under no circumstances will we accept cancellation of order or refund.


Storage Service/Non-pickup:


If the purchase items are not collected 30 days after the payment date, a storage charge of 5% of the invoice price may be incurred. If the purchased items have not been collected or delivered and the storage fees referred to above have not been paid for 3 months from notification by Major Cellar, then the Company has the right to deal with or otherwise dispose of such Merchandise (including resale of any Merchandise) at its absolute discretion, without any further notice to the Customer and without having to account to the Customer any proceeds (if any) arising therefrom. Major Cellar shall have no liability to the Customer in respect of dealing or disposal of such Merchandise in such circumstances.
