Stephan Reinhardt: Molitor has selected two different Kabinett
wines from the Wurzgarten. The "regular" 2016 Riesling Urziger
Wurzgarten Kabinett (Golden Capsule) has the AP number #62 and
opens with a very clear, fresh and spicy bouquet that is still
nicely reductive yet subtle and elegant. Lithe but salty and fruity
on the palate, this is a spicy-piquant picture book Kabinett from
the Wurzgarten that shows a beautiful lightness and finesse. 7.5%
alcohol. Bottled in June 2017; tasted in March 2018.
