Robert Parker: A remarkable wine, Latour's 1909 exhibited a deep
amber color with ruby/garnet nuances. A sweet nose of caramel,
jammy red and black fruits, mushrooms, cedar, and spice box aromas
jumps from the glass. In the mouth, the wine displays vigorous,
ripe flavors, medium body, sweet tannin, and a long finish. What a
nice surprise!
