Lisa Perrotti-Brown: The 2016 Goulee by Cos d'Estournel is made upof 77% Merlot, 18% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc. It hasa deep garnet-purple color and opens with youthful notes of crushedred and black plums, cherries and blackberries with touches ofchocolate mint and tobacco. The palate is medium-bodied with plentyof juicy red and black fruits, framed by soft tannins and finishingwith a minty lift.
