included some wine from Oger -—which Gimonnet has subsequently
eliminated from the blend, feeling it matures too fast and
dominates the style of the blend. Offering up aromas of pear,
peach, wheat toast and mandarin, it's medium to full-bodied, rich
but incisive, with a youthfully frothy mousse and a saline finish.
